After watching President Obama's tele-town hall with the AARP today, I realized that Americans still have plenty of basic questions about how the President's health care reform plan proposals will affect them.

If you feel confused, take a few minutes to read my new article, President Obama's Health Care Reform Plan, which answers and simplifies key concerns using the President's own words, including:

  • Why Does Health Care Need to Be Reformed?
  • Who Will Be Covered by Obama's Health Care Plan?
  • How Will It Help Me If I Already Have Health Care Insurance?
  • Why Is a Medicare-like Public Option for Health Care Coverage Necessary?
  • Will Health Care Services Be Rationed Under Obama's Plan?

Check back often, as I'll be adding answers to more questions as they arise.

And be sure to share your thoughts at Should Medicare-like Government Health Care Be Offered for All Americans?.

The whole health plan is very confusing.
I am 63 years old, unemployed (self employed) but managed to pay for my health insurance which is increasing every year. I have to drop my insurance.
What is in for people like me in this Insurance reform?

Would people like me get at least insurance coverage and if so what kind?
