Al Gore Says He Hasn't Ruled Out Run for White House

Sunday September 10, 2006
Great and glorious breaking news from AP in Sydney, Australia:

"Former Vice President Al Gore said Sunday he hadn't rule out making a second bid for the White House, though he said it was unlikely...

'I haven't completely ruled out running for president again in the future but I don't expect to,' Gore said before the Sunday night premiere of 'An Inconvenient Truth.' "

That is a definite softening of Gore's attitude toward running for a second win of the presidency, from when he announced in October 2005 that he had "absolutely no plans and no expectations of ever being a candidate again."

I think if he try for the second time he may win; who knows? He gave a good run for George Bush.
